- We accept payment by cash, credit and debit cards.
- Our independent stylists are self employed and are free to vary their prices.
- Clients displaying signs of illness or infection may be refused treatment. In certain cases we may advise a client to contact their GP if we consider it necessary.
- A sensitivity test is required 48 hours before any colouring treatments if you have not had a colour within the last 12 months.
- We recommend that you do not use heat treatments before or after waxing or electrolysis treatments
- We require a minimum of 24 hours for cancellation of treatments.
- Cancellations within this time may be subject to a 50% charge if the appointment cannot be filled.
- Special events with be confirmed on pre-payment (credit card bookings over the phone are acceptable).
- No refund of pre-payments will be made for cancellations within 48 hours of the treatment.
